Key ESG activities

Overview of the most important activities

Our ESG initiatives focus on real social impact and supporting sustainable development. We pay particular attention to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle in various age groups – from children and school-age youth, through adults, to seniors. At the same time, we are developing projects that respond to environmental challenges and support the creation of a responsible workplace. In 2025, we allocated approximately PLN 3 million for programs and events organized by the MultiSport Foundation, and PLN 147 thousand for employee volunteering.

The MultiSport Foundation works to promote health and an active lifestyle, striving to make exercise accessible to everyone – regardless of age, ability or social barriers. We respond to the challenges of inactivity and stereotypes surrounding sport by supporting initiatives that have a real impact on the wellbeing of society.

Active MultiSport Schools

This project is aimed at children and young people aged 12-19. As part of the programme, qualified trainers and instructors conduct modern sports activities for children and teenagers in fitness clubs and at events organised as part of the project.

MultiSport Classes

The project is aimed at preschoolers and primary school students in grades 1-6. The classes include elements of corrective and compensatory gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, tennis, team games, and martial arts. They are adapted to the age and psychomotor abilities of the children and are conducted by qualified trainers, instructors and physiotherapists.

Full of Sport

The idea of the "Full of Sport" campaign is to popularise sports and physical activity among people with disabilities. In collaboration with athletes with disabilities, we mobilise and show the way to opportunities that are available to everyone. We support the development of psychophysical fitness, considering the capabilities of all participants, through appropriately prepared games and sports activities.

Senior in Good Shape

The programme was initiated in response to the alarmingly low level of physical activity among mature people in Poland. It aims at increasing awareness of healthy ageing, promoting regular physical activity and improving mental health, as well as social integration of its participants. The programme consists of free online and in-person training sessions, as well as lectures on a healthy lifestyle.

At Benefit Systems, each employee can use one day
a year for employee volunteering!

Fair Play with Nature

At Benefit Systems, we want to be fair to nature and take care of the environment. Every day we use solutions that reduce water and electricity consumption, we print on recycled paper, we collect wastepaper, we use biodegradable detergents, we separate waste into five fractions (mixed waste, plastic and metal, glass, paper and bio-waste), and we dispose of environmentally hazardous waste (e.g. e-waste, batteries) in accordance with environmental requirements.

The Benefit Systems office is located in the modern Warsaw Spire building, which has a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent level that confirms compliance with high environmental care standards.

The electricity we use in our Warsaw office comes inclusively from renewable sources. When choosing this location, we were guided by convenient access to public transport, which allows employees to commute to work without using a car. The building also offers extensive infrastructure for cyclists.

In our clubs in Poland and abroad, we also carried out the #WeTrainGoodHabits campaign.
