Is it possible to extend the validity of a MultiBilet coupon or an eMultiBilet code?
There is no such option.
Do I have to show any ID when I want to use the cinema programme products at a cinema?
No, both coupons and codes are valid to the bearer.
Can I use MultiBilet coupons and eMultiBilet codes to enter premieres, movie marathons, and special screenings?
No, all products allow you to enjoy screenings that are included in the current programme. In some cinemas you can go to premieres and special screenings – information on each cinema can be found via MultiBilet cinema search engine.
Can I use 3D tickets for 2D shows?
Yes, you just need to inform the cashier at the cinema box office.
With the eMultiBilet 3D coupon and the eMultiBilet 3D code can I use 3D glasses at 3D screenings for free?
In most of the cinemas, yes. Information about a possible additional payment for 3D glasses can be found on each cinema via the search engine.
Can more than one person enter a single screening using just one eMultiBilet code?
Yes they can. If the eMultiBilet has multiple admissions held on it, then you are able to use more than one admissions at once.
Can I give the products included in the MultiBilet programme to someone as a gift?
Yes, all products are bearer products and are the perfect gift for loved ones.
If a MultiBilet coupon or an eMultiBilet code is destroyed or lost, can I obtain replacement?
Unfortunately, there is no such option.
