Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 8 of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 21 July 2025, as referred to in the Company's report No. 57/2025 of 24 June 2025, the Company received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. acting on behalf of Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - shareholder of the Company ("Notifier"), a recommendation of Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld for an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company ("Candidate").

According to the received statement, the Candidate has agreed to be a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and stated, that she meets all criteria for candidates for the Member of Supervisory Board specified in Art. 129 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
